Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, inner absorption, and heightened suggestibility. In other words, when you’re in a state of hypnosis, you’re more likely to accept suggestions. It can be induced by a licensed clinical hypnotherapist through the use of verbal and nonverbal cues, or it can be self-induced. Once in a state of hypnosis, patients are more open to suggestion than they are in their normal, waking state. This is because the critical part of your brain – the part that filters out information and decides whether or not to believe it – is slightly subdued. This allows suggestions to bypass your usual sceptical filters and get straight to your subconscious mind – the part of your mind that controls your behaviour and beliefs. But don’t worry, you’re not out of control when you’re in a state of hypnosis. You’re still aware of what’s going on and can choose to accept or reject any suggestions you hear. The goals of hypnosis may vary but can include behavioural modification (like quitting smoking), stress relief, pain management, or increasing motivation or confidence. So, if you’ve ever been curious about hypnosis, there’s no need to be scared – it might just be the key to helping you achieve your goals!
Through the holistic hypnosis sessions, we help you to resolve your issues, gain more control over your life and develop a positive mind.

The main technique of hypnotherapy is hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a natural, simple, safe, and everyday process of the human mind. Hypnosis happens naturally. It is a natural force to make positive changes within your life.
Hypnosis is a special ability of the human mind that we use everyday a lot of time without realizing it.
The difference between self-hypnosis and clinical hypnosis is that clinical hypnosis is focused and directed toward a specific goal.
You are in charge; you are in control during the hypnosis.
Many people believe that they loosen control over their actions when they go into the hypnotic state of mind. It is not true. You will hear everything that I say, and I will not be able to make you do anything that you don’t want to do.
You stay in control, and you will hear everything. Hearing everything that I suggest does not mean that you are not in hypnosis or you are not doing well.
Even when you do pretend, you are under hypnosis you just let the hypnosis to happen.
It is natural to hear everything that is said.
The hypnotherapist is only the facilitator who helps you with positive suggestions to stop unwanted habits, overcome fears and anxiety.
It is you who:
Imagination is as powerful as reality.
You will hear all the hypnotic suggestions and you will have a choice to make the suggestions work. It is your choice how successful you will be and what happens after the session.
Holistic hypnosis helps you to deal with anxiety, eliminate stress and phobias, quit smoking, stop or control alcohol, lose weight naturally and many other issues. Hypnosis works on all of these issues because they all sit deep in the subconscious mind. Hypnosis allows you to access the roots of the unwanted habits and remove them safely and without trauma.
The two parts of you mind is the conscious and the subconscious ( non-conscious mind)
1. The conscious mind creates your perceptions through the five senses. It is the Ego mind, which is very rational and logical. The conscious mind is a very busy part of the mind. Your conscious mind that you are using even now analysing this information. The conscious mind is the analytical part of the mind. It controls thinking. It is a mind when you used to make the decision to read this eBook. When you collect information and knowledge from my book you use your conscious mind. The conscious mind also evaluates ‘Pain or Pleasure’ what something actually means to you. People often think that the conscious mind is in control, but that’s just a very small part of you. The conscious mind only 5% .
2. The subconscious mind we call also unconscious or non-conscious mind is the bigger and more powerful part. This is where all the data is stored. It’s like the databank, storing all the information of everything that’s ever happened to you. Your unconscious mind stores and organises all of your memories and link to previously stored information, experiences, and thoughts.
It keeps you alive and maintains the integrity of your body and the blueprint of your perfect health. It is the home of your autonomic nervous system. It is a part of your mind where you store all your habits, knowledge, and patterns. It also creates links to make and build your values and beliefs.
You can understand if you make the following exercise:
Can you think of something that upsets you or makes you unhappy? Do you remember? If yes, I ask you to think of another experience that makes you unhappy, And now remember another time of unhappiness. You will find that you can remember the series of unhappiness or bad experiences very quickly, because they are stored in the same place in your unconscious mind.
Can you think of something that makes you happy and confident? Once you remember one experience, you can quickly remember and experience those positive memories that make you happy.
Critical Faculty is the barrier that prevents the conscious decision from passing over and changing the old habits and ideals stored in the unconscious mind. Hypnosis allows the therapist to access the unconscious mind. During the hypnosis session we communicate with the unconscious mind.
1. Hypnosis is dangerous.
Actually, hypnosis is good for you. It helps you relax and access inner resources to make deep
and lasting positive changes in your life.
2. Hypnotists have magic powers.
Hypnosis is just a skill, and the more skilled the hypnotist, the more amazing they appear to be.
But anyone can learn hypnosis if they acquire the right skill set.
3. Only weak-minded people can be hypnotized
Actually, the opposite is true. The more you can concentrate and focus on a single thought or idea, the more you’ll get out of a hypnosis session.
4. Hypnosis is just another form of mind control
There’s no “mind control” during hypnosis. It simply enables you to access your unconscious mind. And if you don’t want to be hypnotized,
you can’t be, no matter who tries to do it.
5. You can get stuck in hypnosis
During hypnosis, you enter a trance, which is simply a relaxed state you enter several times a day on your own.
